SIN MIEDO translates to WITHOUT FEAR. I got the phrase from a soccer documentary in which a striker was talking about their ideal mindset before playing a big game. He said, “you have to play SIN MIEDO.” It’s kind of turned into a life mantra for me.

The EP’s four songs show four different shades of this project’s sound. There’s a baile funk synth ballad, a dreampop-meets-hip-hop 808s song, a Hot 97-inspired clave pop track and a continuation of the cumbiagaze thing.

This is a labor of love—independently released by me—hope you enjoy.
